Background
Our Client was required by the regulator to review certain classes of written business for quality of advice and product suitability. The value of an independent view was recognised and we were asked to assist.

PMC Response
We reviewed the relevant cases and submitted reports for consideration by the Client. In several case, we identified trends and patterns which the Client believed would not necessarily have been apparent either to its own staff or other outside firms.

We also assisted the Client with the delivery of remedial action, dealing with their customers on their behalf to achieve an equitable conclusion.
