Background
The Client re-launch its protection offering. The customer handling proposition included telephone underwriting. Business volumes were uncertain and the Client lacked the necessary skill sets to deal with all aspects in-house. Developing an in-house team was undesirable as the concept and market was unproven.

We provided a full off-site customer handling service as a Third-Party -Administrator. This covered all aspects from of the process from call handling to application processing, through underwriting to policy issue.
